Technical Support Representative (Level 1 & 2)
Have you ever handled an ISP or VOIP account as a Technical Support Representative? Tired of high call volume working in a typical call center setup? Why not be a TSR for a certain client base in the US? WE need you! This is a blended account (calls and email) with a direct client (non-customer base).
- Experience in VOIP account is a must
- Good communication skills in English
- At least 6 months of experience as a TSR Level 1 or Level 2 in a BPO company
- Advance knowledge in Internet Protocols (TCP/IP) is a must
- Amendable to work on graveyard shift in Imus, Cavite
Salary: 17,000 - 25,000 Package
