SCHOLARSHIP TRAINING PROGRAM - How to be an effective Call Center Agent

Career Core Development Services (CCDS) is known for its unique training approach in facilitating call center career workshops.  

 

We are now offering free or scholarship call center training for applicants who will pass our entry assessment every Wednesday at 10:00 AM in our office at 2nd Floor, Cherry's Pavilion & Resort, Tabon 1, Kawit, Cavite. 

What's special with this training is we focus on small groups / coaching type of training which the period would last for two weeks. Each participant will have computer access to practice their comprehension skills, typing skills, speaking skills and etc. Participants will be assigned to a career coach who will enhance their skills not just in English but also in developing the participant's personality.

- Accent Reduction Training (Pronunciation, Liaisons and Intonations)

- Versant Test Preparation

- Data Entry Practice

This training is very ideal for call center job seekers as the training will focus on topics that includes mock calls, mock interview, voice recording and voice coaching. 

 

We provide endorsements to our BPO partners as well as assistance before, during and after the interview.
